About Us

Hi All,

We are Tony and Huệ.   I (Tony) first rode in Vietnam 17 Years ago and the friendliness of the people, incredibly beautiful landscapes, seriously tasty food, diverse cultures and even better a land perfect for Motorbike Adventures with a ride anywhere culture made me feel like I’d found a home from home. 

My wife Huệ and I met through mutual friends and a passion for Motorbike Adventures.  Huệ was taking even more adventurous rides than we we’re, heading out into the countryside with no destination or accommodation booked, often camping without camping equiptment.  This kind of touring was known as Wilding in Vietnam and was popular at the time.

The Years have flown by and MAV has now been taking adventure bikers on Tours for more than a decade.

I’m from the Isle of Man and have been surrounded by bikes and bikers my entire life.  As a child I’d stand with my family at Ago’s leap, watching the greats fly by, such as Joey Dunlop, Mike Hailwood and Giacomo Agostini and then in later life enjoying the many tracks and trails on dirt bikes and riding Enduros.

The Vietnamese Guides and Mechanics we work with are some of the most knowledgeable adventure riders in Vietnam, with skills to make every day of your tour an amazing adventure you’ll remember for the rest of your lives.
